The actress has apparently been in discussions with the team behind Race 2 about appearing in the film. Talking about the newfound development to a news daily, a source said, “Katrina’s absence was almost certain because her character in ‘Race’ dies, but Bipasha’s absence is certainly surprising.”
Priyanka is apparently very excited about being a part of the thriller and is busy working out her dates. Priyanka is currently busy with Saat Khoon Maaf, after which she will shoot for Don 2 and then for Khatron Ke Khiladi. The movie ‘Race 2’ is all set to roll, it has a powerful star cast of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Mastan is looking forward to Priyanka to join in the team.
Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif and Bipasha Basu, the female leads in Race, will not be reprising their roles in the sequel.
