Imran Khan and Avantika Malik have been in a relationship for nearly eight years. The couple got engaged early last year at the same farmhouse where they will now get married.

The marriage is set to be a simple affair with nearly 1,000 guests joining the newly-weds to celebrate the occasion. The marriage and reception will be taking place at Malik’s family farmhouse in Karjat in Mumbai. The couple opted for registered marriage. Mehendi will be held on the same day between 5 pm and 8 pm and soon after that wedding will take place.
Imran chose the beginning of the New Year to tie the knot because in the coming days, his schedule would be too hectic.

He will get involved in the movies like Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and Short Term Shaadi, opposite Katrina Kaif and Kareena Kapoor.
