The producers are in plans to release the audio by organizing a grand function. The film is the remake version of Rajini’s blockbuster film Mappillai, which was released in 1989. Dhanush shares the screen space with Hansika Motwani the most happening heroine of Kollywood. Yesteryears Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala is playing a prominent role in the film. The film completed all the tasks and is ready for its release. But Sun Pictures the distribution holders have stalled the release due to the World Cup fever. Mani Sharma has the scored the music for this film.
Mappillai is going to be a big summer treat and the release is likely to happen on April 15th, 2011.
