Actress Padmapriya had acted in many Tamil films including Pattiyal, Mirugam and Pokkisham. She has also acted in many Telugu and Malayalam films. But she was not able to get a place for herself in any of the languages.
Padmapriya who had initially donned homely roles had switched over to glamour roles. But she was not able to shine as a a leading actress. Now she is not having any Tamil films in her hand. Padmapriya says that the reason for this is that she is waiting for a meatier role.
Padmapriya while speaking about this said,” I am getting lots of films in Tamil. Bit I am avoiding them. The reason for this is that the roles I get are not that powerful. I will definitely act if I get a powerful role.”
