But his Deiva Thirumagal, which hits screens on Friday, is something he hasn't done before. The actor will be seen in a totally different avatar and hence is nervous about how his fans will react to the film.
The film, adapted from Hollywood's I Am Sam, has a unique concept and like other Vikram films, it will not have the hunk sporting a handsome look, doing great stunts and fight scenes. It will in fact have Chiyan playing a mentally challenged person, dressed normally and his character rather has a haggard look. A source said, "It's a different kind of film and role and Vikram's fans love him for his action scenes and his looks. But here, they won't see any of it. Therefore, he is a little nervous about how the audience will react to Deiva Thirumagal."
Vikram's concern is valid but looking at his huge and loyal fan following, he will surely be a treat to watch for his audience.

This pic here is of Vikram Chatwal a gigolo in Bollywood. Change it. Don't insult Chiyaan with a pic of this gay idiot.
