Vikram and Bala to join their hands again

The Vikram Bala combination always makes buzz in the film industry after two great successes Sethu and Pithamagan. The ace director and the award winning actor makes a sensational headlines again when the news comes that they are going to be team up again for a third time. The new unnamed project will be expected to start in the early 2012.

Bala gave a hint about him directing Vikram at the recently held thanksgiving party of Deiva Thirumagal. The director said that he would work with Anniyan star again but refused to give further details, whether he has plans to direct the actor in the near future.

Sources say that Vikram is eager to work under Bala. They are in talks but nothing has been finalized. The filmmaker should impress the actor with a good script to get his approval, concludes a source.

'Sethu', the debut film by Bala, brought Vikram to the centre stage and its success made "Chiyaan" a name to reckon with in Kollywood. In their second outing, Vikram played the role of Chithan, a brute of a cemetery keeper in 'Pitamagan' and his peerless performance in the film fetched him a national award for the Best Actor.

It is been a long time for this combo after the Pithamagan release, to team up again. Our sources say, the Award winning director for his Naan Kadavul, planned to release his next venture in the end of the year 2012. But talks are there that it may go to theatres in yearly 2013 only.
