Madhavan explains that why he is not acting in many films

Madhavan says that he is not acting in many films because he has to travel a lot. He while speaking said, "I am getting lots of offers in Bollywood after the Hindi film Thanu Weds Manu became a great hit. I have accepted only one film.


This is the first time I am pairing with Bipasha Basu. Currently I am acting in the Tamil film Vettai directed by Lingusamy. I am donning the role of a police officer. Arya, Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul are sharing the screen with me. I am very proud that I am acting in Lingusamy film after Run. This unit will be always cheerful.


Many are asking me that why I am not acting in many films like before. For a Hindi film schedule the location will be in another country while for a Tamil film the location will be in a village. I have to travel a lot because of this. I am not interested to run around. Because of this I am accepting one film at a time."
