‘Maatran’ is the next big film that actor Suriya is doing and the shoot is progressing in a fast pace under the direction of K V Anand.
The film that started in November last year had a continuous shoot at different locations in India and abroad. Seeing the pace the film shoot was happening it was said that the film would get its release in April during the Tamil New Year but it is reported that the film’s release may be postponed to May – June, and it is all likely in June, sources close to the crew say.
‘Maatran’ has Suriya and Kajal Agarwal in the lead role and ‘Deiva Thirumagal’ fame Sachin Kandhekar plays the antagonist. Vivek plays a vital role in the film. Harris Jayaraj is scoring the music and the film is produced by AGS Entertainment.
