As reported a few backs back that 'Kochadaiyaan', Superstar Rajinikanth's next venture, will be made in English also, along with Tamil, Telugu and Hindi versions, as plans are on to release the movie all over the world.
Now the buzz is that the multi-crore extravaganza will have a Japanese version too, as the 'Thalaivar' has a big fan following in there. "It is going to be a true global venture in all aspects," sources say.
Shooting for the movie is expected to start in London later this month. Recently, K S Ravikumar, who is helping Soundarya R Ashwin in directing the flick, offered prayers at the temples of Tiruttani and Tirupati for the project's success.
Deepika Padukone has been roped in to play the heroine, with Sarath Kumar, Aadhi, Rukmini, Nasser and Shobana doing other crucial roles. Music is by A R Rahman. This will be the first film in India to be made on 3D using performance capturing technology.
