Ulaganayagan Kamal Hassan is in trouble. In connection with the silver jubilee of his film Nayakan directed by Mani Ratnam, the actor has written a column in one of the leading dailies. The article was well received by all. But one person who is apparently upset about the article is Muktha Srinivasan, the producer of the film. Muktha Srinivasan has now reportedly filed a case against Kamal for the write up demeaning him.
Kamal had written about the conditions under which the crew filmed Nayakan and mentioned that for the producer, films meant business and he did not see it as an art which caused frustration. However, the actor has also appreciated the producer for suggesting scenes like the one where in Saranya prepares for her exams in a brothel and so on.
