One of the successful directors in the tinsel town, Venkat Prabhu, is celebrating his birthday today, November 7th, 2012. The director knows the pulse of the young audiences, which is one of the major reasons for his string of successes.
Venkat’s directorial debut venture, Chennai 28, was well-received and so where his other films Saroja, Goa and Mankatha. In fact, the Ajith starrer Mankatha took a very big opening when it released last year catapulting the director’s status in Kollywood further up.
He is currently directing Karthi in Biriyani and is ready to serve a comedy entertainer for the movie buffs soon.
