Singer Nithyashree Husband Commited Suicide

Mahadevan, husband of famous carnatic singer Nithyashree committed suicide early in the morning today. He took this extreme step by jumping into the Adyar river from Kotturpuram bridge. Mahadevan was 45 years old and his body has been recovered by the police. The exact reason for the suicide is still unknown and the police are investigating the case. The couple has two daughters.

The news has come as a shock to the people as Nithyashree is a very well known singer in carnatic music. She has also sung many songs in films. We convey our deepest condolences to Nithyashree and her family.
