Mani Ratnam Still Suffering From 'Kissmania'

There is a general perception that Kamal Haasan in every film of his ensures that there is a lip kiss scene with his heroine. Whether it is sentiment or something else we don’t know but now another man is being tagged for his ‘kissmania’. He is none other than the noted filmmaker Mani Ratnam.

Apparently, the maverick moviemaker stumped many with his film ‘Guru’ wherein he got Vidya Balan and Madhavan to have a deep smooch. Now Mani has taken that tradition forward and included it in his new film ‘Kadali’. Sources say the new pair Gautham Karthik and Thulasi Nair has also indulged in one wet lip kiss.

Those who heard about this are saying Mani has not left that ‘Kissmania’ yet. It is heard that Mani had it in all his films but censor cuts happened so they were not to be seen. From ‘Guru’ onwards the censor okayed it and now also the same clearance was given. The film’s release will show how passionate the kiss got this time.
