Actor Siddharth, who has featured in Tamil films "Boys" and "Ayudha Eluthu", says he was shocked to see two drunk men, claiming to be his fans, knocking at his door Monday morning.
"At 2:30 a.m. this morning, two drunks rang my doorbell 50 times and then tried to break down the door, before security came and took them away. They claimed to be fans," Siddharth posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.
"They said they wanted to see me, take a picture... said fans like them made me, so I better open the door. I feel sick!," he added.
The actor says he couldn't even sleep after the incident and is extremely disturbed.
"Didn't sleep because I was too shaken up. We've taken precautions so it won't happen again. They are not fans, just drunk 'sickos'. Period. Someone tries to break down your hotel room door at 2.30, it is perverse!
"In 10 years of my career, this has never happened. I am disturbed out of my skin. My family and friends are panicking. I'm going to take very serious steps to make sure this never happens again," he wrote.
