Actor Srikanth fortunately escaped from a big accident while shooting for a risky stunt sequence for his upcoming project 'Drohi'.

Srikanth while explaining the accident, said "According to the scene, I was supposed to jump with the heroine Poorna from the fifth floor of ilding for a stunt sequence. The safety rope I was wearing worn out suddenly and I tried to manage by holding an iron chain, but couldn’t. I had no other option than falling down. Thankfully, there was some wheat baggage on the ground on which I landed. Something serious could have happened otherwise.”

The actor also revealed that cinematographer Alphonse Roy had captured the entire episode in his camera and there are plans to include the clipping at the end of the movie.

With his recent releases falling flat at the box-office, Srikanth is pinning all hope on 'Drohi' where he plays a slum dweller. He believes that ‘Drohi’ would be a milestone in his career and will add mileage to his flagging career.
