There was a time when many of the Bollywood heroines found the fair-skinned Aravind Swamy very much happening. In fact, the girls of the 90's would often be discussing him as sexy. became a heartthrob of girls all over the nation overnight with his Bombay and if that’s not enough, his performance in movies like Roja and Bombay were hailed by the Times magazine generating him international acclaim. But, surprising he was not taken aback.However Aravind was of those type who put his hands in his pocket when he spotted a heroine approaching him. But Aravind and his Bombay heroine Manisha Koirala always remained friends. One hears that when Manisha was shooting for Dhanush's Mappillai in Chennai recently, she had a surprise visitor.
