Meena Vidyasagar in Banneraghatta locality would prefer Kannada films as she is staying in Bangalore

Meena eyes on Kannada filmsThe ever charming actress Meena leading a family life with Vidyasagar in Banneraghatta locality would prefer Kannada films as she is staying in Bangalore.


Meena who has started her career in films as a child artist says that her husband has already given green signal for her to act in films.

Actress Meena speaking to media on her first film after marriage ‘Hendthira Darbar’, (Kannada remake of 'Varavu Ettana Selavu Patthana') disclosed that she resembles the middle class woman woes and pleasures in the film with counterpart Ramesh Aravind.Meena had earlier acted with Ramesh in Tamil films, but it is the first time that she is acting with the actor in a Kannada film.

“Every middle class woman can relate this role of me. How I aspire for the good of the family and later realize my flaws with a meager earning husband – you have to watch it in the theatres”, says Meena.

“I have not said good bye to films after marriage. When I was in Chennai I was doing all south Indian language films. I continue acting”, here she added to a question.

Meena plays the mother of two children in ‘Hendthira Darbar’. The movie is directed by Director Vee.Sekhar who directed the original version.
