Padmapriya will henceforth concentrate on commercial films

Actress Padmapriya who has proved herself in acting in subject-oriented films like ‘Thavamai Thavamirundhu’, ‘Pattiyal’, ‘Pokkisham’, ‘Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam’ could not reach the top position in Kollywood.

Now the actress, according to reports, will henceforth concentrate on ‘commercial films’, in a bid to reach the masses in a big way.

“I have acted in many a film which gave me enough scope to perform. I would now like to concentrate on commercial movies as market for such projects is bigger when compared to other ventures,” she added.

The roles which she played in Hindi film Striker and Mollywood’s Pazhassi Raja are her favorite roles stated by the actress.
