The Rakta Charitra movie is based upon the life of a political leader from Andhra Pradesh the Paritala Ravindra and movie moves around his political life. The role of Paritala Ravindra has been done by the Vivek Oberai and the role of the Maddelacheruvu Suri – Ravi’s political nemesis has been played by the Surya.
