Naan Avan Illai fame director Selva’s 25th film’ Naanga’ is going to bring 13 entrants into Tamil film industry. The film is an out –and –out romantic entertainer which starts in 2010 and travels back to 1980’s.

In the film five love stories are entwined in a single film. The story revolves around an alumni meeting of friends in a college, who travel back to their college days.

Selva in an interview said: "Naanga is set in present day and travels backwards to the 80's and gets into a retro mode."

Most of the actors in the film are relatives or children of industry people.

Selva said: "Naanga will be the launch pad for 5 heroes, two villains and two comedians. Remember I have worked with newcomers in the past. I was the one who introduced Ajith, Jeya Akash and Thalaivasal Vijay. The film will also mark the return of music director Bala Bharathi of Amravathi fame

Actress Kasturi will also be seen in the film after a long time.
