The hot topic of tinsel town is whether Vijay’s Kaavalan will release for Pongal or not. His fans are raving for the release and are having high expectations on Kaavalan. Besides this, Ilaya Thalapathi Vijay‘s next project Velayudham is currently progressing at a brisk pace.

Currently the shoot is happening at Binny mills in Chennai. It is known that Director Jayam Raja is sentimental with railways as his first film is totally based on the train scenes and railway stations. The same is going to happen with Velayudham and the director has erected a train set with four compartments at Binny mills.

Director Jayam Raja is planning big for the climax scenes and he is in preparations of building a railway station set in Visakhapatnam. It is also heard that real train is going to grace the set. The reason behind selecting Visakhapatnam is to avoid permission and security problems.
