Actress, anchor ans TV host Mandira Bedi, 38, has gone topless in a pic from the latest issue of Vogue magazine. Mandira is dressed in a short skirt and is cupping her assets with her hands. According to a report from NDTV.com, "Mandira professes to hate short clothes while clothes that expose her back and shoulders are her favorite." However, she clearly didn't seem to want to wear them in the latest Vogue magazine issue.
