It known that Silambarasan aka STR has celebrated his New Year in Macau near Hong Kong. After the celebrations he flew down to China and he is found busy shopping.

Like a true gentleman, he was shopping for his new house in China with his mummy dearest. No one can doubt Simbu's good taste and the actor is known for his yen for good life.

He is building new palatial bungalow in Chennai and as the house gets ready, Simbu has been picking up lot of stuff for his new home from all parts of the globe.

Simbu shopped for furniture and other artifacts at Guangzhou, the third largest city in China and did not forget to buy gifts for his dearest friends back in Chennai.

Speaking from China he told sify.com: "I am rushing back to catch up with all the Pongal releases and my good friend Yuvan's live show where I will be singing with him".
