At a promotional event shoot for the film at AVM Studios , Gautham invited stalwart director Bharathiraja for a special interview.
Remember Gautham Menon has said that the first psychological thriller in Tamil cinema was the Bharathiraja directed Kamal Haasan starrer Sigappu Rojakkal which went on to become a cult classic.
It was a pathbreaking film that has become synonymous with the genre itself.
At the shoot, Bharathiraja struck an instant rapport with Gautham and the two were seen having a great time and were seen laughing on many an occasion.
It’s good to see directors from different generations share such mutual respect and admiration for each other.
