Veppam will release on June 24th

Nani-Nithya Menon starrer Veppam which was confirmed to release on June 24 has been reportedly postponed to July 10. Veppam directed by debut director Anjana Ali Khan is simultaneously releasing in Telugu as Sega.


The film is produced by Gautham Menon under his production banner Photon Kathaas. It is known that the filmmaker’s rescheduled the film as there are no screens available in Tamilnadu just because there are many releases during the coming days. The screens are already filled with Avan Ivan while Dhanush starrer Venghai and Vikram’s Deiva Thirumagal are all set to release durimg the next month.


Veppam stars Evam Karthik Kumar and Bindu Madhavi in important roles and is based on the Chennai Municipal and slightly looks like Bollywood film Slumdog Millionaire.


Joshua Sridhar has given the music. Cinematography and editing is done by Om Prakash and Vijay Anthony respectively.
