Ajith will act in the Indian 2

The most honorable film directed by Shankar is Indian. Kamal Haasan did dual roles in this film. He donned the role of a father and son. The father’s role is one who opposes corruption. In the final scene, the old man Kamal walks majestically in the streets of a foreign country giving an indication that there could be a sequel to this film. This film was produced by A M Rathinam.


Now A M Rathinam is making efforts to make Part 2 of this film. Talks are already going on with Shankar with regard to this. Kamal will not be a part of this film due to paucity of time. It is understood that Ajith will be in the lead role in this film.


Earlier Shankar wanted Ajith to act in the film Jeans which did not materialize. But now it seems that this time Ajith will act in the Indian 2 directed by Shankar.
