Tamil cinema’s top playback singer Karthik is debuting as music director with Vasanth Balan’s Aravaan.


The audio of the film is going to be launched on October 5 during the auspicious Navarathri festival.


It is going to be a big ticket grand launch with an array of VIP’s as chief guests.


Karthik’s mentor AR Rahman, the legendary K Balachandar and the one and only Mani Ratnam will be there for the big launch.


Aravaan is a period film directed by Vasantha Balan and produced by AMMA Creations T Siva.


It has Aadhi, Pasupathi, Dhanishka and Archana Kavi in the lead roles.


Hollywood star our own ‘Sandokan’ Kabir Bedi plays an important role along with special appearances by Bharath, Anjali and Shwetha Menon.
