Nakul and Santhanu join Nanban Team in the Role of Best Friends

Even as Shankar busy remaking ‘3 Idiots’ in Tamil as ‘Nanban’, director K S Adhiyaman has brought together Nakul and Santhanu Bhagyaraj for a film titled ‘Nanba’. Interestingly, the subtitle of the movie is ‘2 Idiots’.


Nikisha Patel, who shared the screen space with Tollywood top actor Pawan Kalyan in S J Suryah-directed ‘Puli’, will make her debut in Kollywood with ‘Nanba’, produced by Dr T Jeevagan for Angai Cine Arts and presented by Muthu Movies.


“Nakul and Santhanu play best friends in this film. The movie will highlight the importance of friendship. It will be shot in Fiji islands,” says Adhiyaman, who is known for movies like ‘Sornamukhi’, ‘Priyasakhi’ and ‘Thoondil’.


Jayaprakash, Suja, Panchu Subbu, Neelima and ‘Lollu Sabha’ Jeeva among others will play important roles in ‘Nanba’. Cinematography is by Ram Gunasekaran, a former associate to Rajiv Menon.
