His next film Vettai which is a true multi starrer subject will move to floors on March 16th, 2011. Latest buzz is that Vettai has been taken over by Tirupathi Brothers as earlier it was Cloud Nine who was supposed to produce this film. Vettai has Madhavan and Arya doing the lead roles while glamour dolls Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul will be seen as the female leads. Yuvan Shankar Raja is getting ready to score the music for this commercial entertainer.
By clearing the airs director Lingusamy is all set to start his other film direted by Mysskin, starring Arya in the lead role. Recently there were reports stating that Lingusamy has shelved Mysskin’s film due to some difference of opinions but now it seems that all is well between them. His next film will be under the direction of Prabhu Solomon (Mynaa fame) which has all new faces. Music is by D. Imman for this project. This year’s first release of director Lingusamy will be Vazhakku Enn 18/09, which is currently under post production stages directed by Balaji Sakthivel.
