Sonakshi Sinhan Denied to play an Item Number Song in the Upcoming movie Joker

There was the buzz lately that Sonakshi Sinhan and Katrina Kaif will come together for an item number in the upcoming film ‘Joker’ but so far the ‘Dabangg’ girl was keeping her silence. However, the one film old actress has stated that she won’t be putting on the dancing shoes for an item number in a film; this is one boundary she is not ready to cross yet.


May be the speculation started since Farah Khan the wife of Shirish Kunder the director of ‘Joker’ will be helming the position of choreographer and was heard telling she will give Sonakshi some real dance moves. Both the item numbers that became a rage in 2010, “Munni Badnaam Hui” and “Sheila Ki Jawani” were choreographed by Farah.


However, Sonakshi did perform to the number “Munni Badnaam Hui” at few award functions but she maintains that she is not comfortable doing an item number for a film, though she doesn’t mind the regular dancing routines in a film. At the moment the actress who has been sweeping the award ceremonies with her debut performance is in Chandigarh, shooting with Akshay Kumar for the 3D flick ‘Joker’.


This 23 year old daughter of actor Shatrughan Sinha is not eager to join the bandwagon of actresses getting into bikini, or item numbers, she seems to be happy doing things within certain limitations imposed by her family.
