Dhanush meets Amitabh

Dhanush has called on Amitabh Bachchan, the 'Big B' of Bollywood, in Mumbai. The meeting comes just days after the icon of Indian cinema wrote about 'Why this kolaveri di...' on his blog and hailed Dhanush for penning and crooning the song.


Expressing happiness about meeting Amitabh, Dhanush wrote on his microblogging page: "It was a pleasure and honour meeting you, sir. I'm glad I received your blessings." Remember Dhanush's father-in-law Superstar Rajinikanth and Amitabh have been good friends for decades.


Amitabh Bachchan, on his meeting with the National Award winning young actor, said, "Dhanush! Of 'why this Kolaveri di' fame and star in his own right, visits the house to meet up. Simplicity in his demeanor!"


The Big B added further: "It is the simple things in life that build brilliance in creativity." Amitabh, who believes strongly that simplicity, cannot be taught, and it is inborn, adds, "Do not tamper with it". Meanwhile, there is a buzz that the Hindi version of 'Kolaveri di...' is in the making and Dhanush will croon it in the company of Abhishek Bachchan.
