Ram Gopal Varma and
Manirathnam are the two ace directors who made
south Indians proud in
Bollywood. The two did not work together for any of the
films. In a recent interview Ram Gopal Varma was asked about the expectation levels of
Mani Rathnam’s
‘Raavan’ and the bold
director gave a straight forward answer that he does not like Mani’s films.
“It’s obvious that both of us don’t like each other’s films and we don’t compliment each other,” stated RGV.
It is also worth mentioning that
Suhasini Manirathnam who is one of the
film critics had given a bad verdict for RGV’s ‘
Rann’ film though many has praised his work for showing the current media situations.
