Selva Raghavan next film based on 5th century story

Director Selva Raghavan directed the film ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’. ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’ was filmed having the Cholar dynasty as the background. Now Selva Raghavan has decided to direct one more historical film. He has planned to take the film both in Tamil and Telugu.


This film will be based on 5th century story. The film is to be produced by Ram Nayadu’s Suresh productions. Telugu actor Ranaa play the lead role and the heroine for the film is yet to be decided.

Most part of the film is to be shot in the deep forest cover areas. All the necessary activities to make the direction work easier are going on. Selva Raghavan feels that this film would be of great importance for him in the cinema career.
