Miley Cyrus arrived at the Late Show with David Letterman dressed in short denim cutoff shorts, white tank and black hat on Thursday, June 17. Miley paired her frayed hem shorts with white sleeveless tank top with leapord print sports bra peeping out on the shoulders and asymmetrical striped cardigan.
She accessorized with black peeptoe lace-up booties and two cross pendants. She wore light makeup to go with her attire and her light red hair was casually styled with bangs framing her face.
Miley, 17, is holding course with her edgy styling, unmindful of the criticism that it is evoking from adults concerned about children who look upon Miley as their role model.
Miley is promoting her new album Can't Be Tamed, set for release next week. Miley says she is styling herself to go with her music, and is comfortable with her body and sexuality.
Miley Cyrus travelled to New York with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. At LAX airport she was spotted with a new tattoo: 'LOVE' on the inside of her right ear.
She already has 'Just Breathe' inked across her ribcage.
The former Poison front man, Bret Michaels and Miley are said to be joining forces for a rendition of Every Rose Has Its Thorn on Good Morning America on Friday.
Miley has been attached to star in a big screen adaptation of Wake, a paranormal novel penned by Lisa McCann.
