Dhanush's next film “Utthamaputthiran”, which has generated lot of hype, is hitting the screens this Diwali in the highest number of theatres across the globe. According to the film's publicist, the movie directed by Mithran Jawahar also has Genelia in the lead, is being released in 600 theatres worldwide. This movie is a remake of the Telugu hit “Ready” and it also features Vivek in an important role. “Ready” was also remade in Kannada as Ram, which was a runaway hit in Sandalwood. And now, it is being remade in Hindi with the same title and has Salman Khan and Asin in the lead roles.While talking about choosing remakes as his films, Dhanush feels that there is nothing wrong in remaking blockbusters from other languages. "It is a proven subject. My main priority is to see if I fit the protagonist's role," he opines.
